Contact What Is Cost Seg

Call, email, or send a message below. However you reach out, a real person reads it, not a script trying to close a sale.

What Happens After You Reach Out

Whether you call, email, or fill out the form on this page, the process is the same. We ask a few basic questions about your property, generally what type it is, roughly what you paid or its current depreciable basis, and how long you're planning to hold it, because those three facts determine more about whether cost segregation makes sense than almost anything else. From there, if it looks like a reasonable fit based on what you've told us, we'll connect you with our partner provider for a closer look at your specific numbers. If it doesn't look like a fit, we'll tell you that too, along with why, instead of passing you along anyway.

There's no pressure and no obligation attached to reaching out. You're not signing up for anything by asking a question, and you won't be added to a sales sequence just because you sent a message. If you're still in the early research phase and not ready to talk to anyone yet, that's a completely reasonable place to be, and our frequently asked questions page or our Is Cost Segregation Worth It guide might answer what you need without a conversation at all.

How Quickly We Respond

Phone calls during business hours typically connect you directly. Emails and form submissions are usually answered within one business day. If your question is urgent, for example you're closing on a property soon and trying to decide whether a study is worth pursuing before year-end, mention that in your message and we'll prioritize it accordingly.

What to Include in Your Message

The more context you give us up front, the faster and more useful our reply can be. A few details that help:

  • Property type: single-family rental, multifamily, short-term rental, office, retail, or another commercial category
  • Rough purchase price or current basis: an estimate is fine, we're not asking for exact figures at this stage
  • Timeline: how long you've owned the property, or plan to, and whether you're weighing a decision against a tax deadline

None of this is required to send a message, but it means our first reply can actually move things forward instead of just asking the same three questions back at you.

Reach Us Directly

Prefer to talk it through instead of typing it out? Call (561) 786‑6655 during business hours to speak with a specialist directly. You can also reach us anytime by email at whatiscostseg@gmail.com, or use the form below if that's easier.

Not Ready to Talk to Someone Yet?

That's completely fine. A lot of the people who eventually reach out here started by reading through the guides first. Our FAQ page answers the questions we hear most often, from what a study costs to whether it works on a property you already own, and it's a good next stop if you want more information before you're ready for a conversation.
